Fees and payments
School fees
Materials and Services Fees for 2025 have been set and approved by the Governing Council, after consultation with the school community.
The total Materials and Service Charge for 2025 has been set at $910.00 for the year. However, The South Australian government is providing a $200 discount per child on the 2025 Materials and Services Charge for public schools. This discount is part of the 2024-25 State Budget and will be automatically applied to eligible families. The discount is double the amount provided in 2022, 2023, and 2024. Please see the attached letter form the Minister for further detail pertaining to the rebate HERE.
Families who are approved for the School Card scheme in 2025 will not receive the discount, as they are not required to pay the Materials and Services Charge. The School Card scheme provides financial assistance to low-income families with children attending government schools. This can include help with school fees, materials, and services charges.

Applying for School Card Assistance
You may be eligible for support with payment of Materials and Services fees and subject fees if you are a low income earner. School Card assistance must be applied for each year as the assessment process is based on your income for the prior financial year. We recommend that you lodge your application for School Card assistance with the school early each year. This will allow you to establish a payment plan with the school early in the year if your School Card application is not approved.
Forms to apply for School Card Assistance are available from the Finance Office or the SA Gov website.
